Account Information Failing to Send

Just recently I registered for 2 accounts about 5 minutes after I registered for an exact same Graal.net email account with the account names. The account information for both accounts have not yet sent to the email addresses. Why?

I forum PMed you with a spaced account name request, but you have y7et to respond. Also, I'd kind of like the emails to be sent, though, rather than manual account creation, so I could have it for future reference? What seems to be the problem, the Graal account information not being sent or Graal.net not functioning correctly? Just about a month or two ago all of my emails from [email protected] were somehow deleted.

i think its the graal.net emails. there has been problems of not recieving emails, Not being able to log in, etc.
