Low latency spar

How would one go about scripting a spar room that pinged the player when they entered the spar room once, and then left them alone?

I can do it myself, im not asking for a script, just a game plan. Not sure how i could do this reliably and i can't measure miliseconds with it only processing every 0.1 seconds.

And seeing somebody ask for help with a simple problem makes you more confident in this opinion?

use timevar2 serverside, save the time in which it gets the player, then compare it with the time after it gets the player

that updates once every 5 sec... if you are 5 sec between actions you wouldn't be able to connect.

timevar2 is precise to milliseconds, I believe. Possibly lower.

Is it possoble to get the exact value of timevar and timevar2? In a #v(), all I get is somthing like 4.2562E341, in scientific notation.

[Kaidenn] Maybe I will somehow take control of Lance's body when he isn't looking, have him log onto Kingdoms, update one script, and leave.
[Kaidenn] And leave him exactly where I found him, unchanged and completely unnaware of what just took place the last two minutes.
[GrowlZ] Lance: You might want to lock your bedroom door tonight

It's just truncated when it's converted into a string.
