Suggesting the outline of rights

It seems that there are still concerns on rights and how we recieve them. I am hoping that my suggestion will be looked into and taken into consideration.. Who knows maybe it will help.

A "King"dom needs a King in order to establish a Kingdom in which he recieves all rights, decisions, and concerns. One day he may choose to wed a wife. In choosing his wife, he would have already established a trust in her. So knowing that, and when "their big day" comes, and they are husband and wife, she will automatically get all rights as well. Are ya with me? They then, being King and Queen, decide to have children. Their daughter will recieve housing rights and their son will then recieve recruiting rights, automatically. If the son wants housing rights or the daughter wants recruiting rights, they will have to earn them as a "promotion." With so many hours or decision based on Kings choice. Now of course the King will have the last say in whatever decision the kingdom is making. But, this way the immediate family will have a say in kingdom choices as well and Perhaps the "chancellor."
Anyway, If this does not make sense or if you have questions or even statements or even comments, I'd like to hear them. This suggestion just seems to work well in my eyes. Thank you for listening!! Happy Graaling!!

Aren't Queens usually more of symbolic figures? The way I see, as long as the men around, the women shouldn't have to make any big decisions. The Queen giving an order like "Send men to defend the west side of Dustari" is something that would seem to work better if Dustari's King was out with their soldiers attacking another kingdom. However, it might just depend on which kingom is in question, which each regarding women differently.

I dont think you can make any basic outline for how a kingdom should be run. Each government is going to develop its own system's which works best for them, regardless. In fact I wish Stefan would make it so kingdoms were more customizable so the way each kingdom is ran can be more original and interesting.

Every kingdom leader should handle that the way he or she wants, I specially don't like the idea of automatic rights, as you never know whether a roleplaying position is filled with someone capable of handling certain rights. You can have a player who can rp everyon on the wall as prince, but couldn't hold house rights for a day...

LOL! Ya, in chess the Queen does more of the work. Like Zen said, it all depends on how the kingdom chooses to run things. (By the way, chess is an awesome game )
