Can staff accounts still be created for your bought pw?

Nope, straight from Unixmads mouth if you want staff accounts you have to buy them.

Since the release of the current RC i believe they discontinued making them.

Well right now while your paying for your PW and its still private you get a playerworld_admin-# account. But until the server goes Gold you dont get staff accounts.
