trouble with big ol gani

I have a big ol gani, about 2000 pixels high, and around 1000 I guess wide

It is cut up into smaller pngs, due to the file upload limit, and sliced into a gani

It's for dustari, on the gmap on the terrain outside.

now, when I approve it in game, it moves about 100 pixels north, jumps it seems, when I move south past a point.

It disappears when I am still close to it too.

I know the castles work well they are large, can anyone give me some tips on what I need to do about this jumping problem?

I'd try using smaller ganis, and lvl the terrain out, but I can't have this thing jumping in parts then. It's my first gani, and it's a biggy, so any help would be very much appreciated.

edit, duh, here is what it looks like
