Military Commitee seeks input

As the newest Senator on the floor in the Senate of Dustari, I have recently formed a small exploratory commitee to assess our military readiness and capacities for improvement.

If anyone has ideas, problems, or other thoughts about our forces, please post here or PM me with thoughts you would rather be kept behind closed doors.

I am seeking as many different perspectives and thoughts from everyone ranging from Soldiers to Generals, Admirals, and also the non-military branches of the Dustari Kingdom.

I am not in the position nor of the inclination to change anything around in the military, but I hope this commitee will generate some ideas we can adopt to improve our fighting forces.

No order or RPing in military, people who join it usually seem to think they don't have to RP (Not everyone, but many).
Enforce drills, etc.
