Boat with: Samurai declares WAR

People, fellow Samurai members, i, Kaisou Cyrin Cyrigorn Cyrilin of (Samurai), lvl.5 (lolz), was patrolling our seas and went back to our Shipyard, with my personal boat. Suddenly, i saw a boat named "Zormite declares WAR". Can someone explain this to me? Oh, and i think i will produce weapons and stuff and drop them in the castle for members who don't have very strong weapons.

Probably some guy trying to start trouble between our kingdoms, if there was a problem itd be resolved through talking about it, not randomly launching a ship with a name message into Samurai Waters.
