Once I'm restored ..

I used a damage+2 ring and a speed+1 ring (I never had luck finding a speed+2)..

Yes, I'm poor, especially now, since I have NOTHING at all ..

Ring of Extremity (+4 Str) (+4 Dex) (+2 WC) (-3 Int) (-3 Wis) (-3 Magic) (-5 Con)

In reality it gives me 3 extra damage, 1 less ac, 7 more speed, 2 less wc, and 30 less hp

Not everyone has woodlore, a fast and effiecient way to get hearts and livers, and good charm you know. And until you have that its damn hard to make good money.

Im lucky, I'm a priest and dragonx found a woodlore and massed it and i ran there sooo fast.

Also to Locke. I'm a priest and I can hit 2.8 speed ;]

Anyoen can make a ton of money, after investing a few hours leveling. You don't need woodlore, just a wand. I guess warriors and thieves may have problems but they can always kill battle patatoes until they can afford a tailsiman (you get get for 200).

As for charm, get someone to give you a charm boost.

Hm, a wand, that would work if most spells that you start with didn't burn/freeze/destroy things that drop. And most warriors and barbarians have a little tougher time to start out, potatoes don't really cut it for leveling, and mandrake roots don't drop enough. What I was really pointing out is that people can't just start off and get the money for a RoF in one hour, doubtedly even in one day. Most people that have them worked harder for them then maybe you or I have to.

What if you have like, 4 charm? Buff that you get around 13 only.
Woodlore makes hearts worth like 30 plats each ;x

i get 18 plats for a heart with my 16 charm base.

Shrimp, all I know is that I killed battle patatoes until I had enough to buy a tailisman and wand and then started killing wolves. Getting to the point where I was making about 250 plat every hour took maybe 5 hours total. Afterwards my earnings per hour just skyrocketed.

Easiest way to level up when starting out:

Ask some high level guys to join a team with you so you share the experience they earn.

Heck, if you have a strong friend, ask them to kill some baddies for you. I mean they won't get killed since they are so strong, so it won't be a problem for them to help you a little. Then when you've gotten to a high enough level, you can kill them yourself.

I find that the "asking friends" trick works the best. Ask them for spare items, to help with experience, etc. I helped people gain exp when the housedungeons first came out, because I was the only one that got through it extremely fast.

Koni, listen... That is an option, but new players sometimes want to do it themselfs or know no one to help them, and it should be easy in all classes one way or another for them to start off without spending 20 hours hacking at shell bombies which give about less then 10 exp.

It's not that hard to do Excalibur.

I started with nothing like everybody else and now I have (worth in items) around 10K. And despite my online time, I did it in not very much time.

Dex+2 and thats all lol........i sold my 2 RoF for money and then i had liek 15K then i boguth TONS of diamonds for outrageous prices whihc i only have 10K now and not enogh for RoS which i wanted lol....but i have 24 and shopping i sell hearts for leik 25 muwhahahah maybe a lil less heh but its never goignt o show so ima update me hook

Scratch what I said earlier (I also no longer need the speed ring)..

I was restored, and here's what I am wearing now, finger-wise..

Right Hand: Ring of Damage+2
