Hey guys for some reason I could never get the password retriever to work and now it works and i tried i have my old forums account back after emailing unixmad and tryin to get konidias to respond to me [i messaged him and he wasnt afk and i was talking to him asked him about my pass and he all of a sudden would become afk for 5000 hours] and finnally when i emailed unixmad he did it faster than koni ahhah

Stefan helped me with my forums password. He did it quickly, it was just a matter of getting him at the right time.

i find unixmad to be the best people, and the fastest when you want support, most other staff are like slow and they are overworked...stefan and unixmad are really the ones to count on

They're not the only hard workers, obviously, since they can't have maintained Graal themselves, and unixmad is more or less affilated to the game, being it's hoster if I'm correct.

This has turned into a common problem now, so for all of those with similiar troubles, just forum PM either Stefan, Lyndzey , Konidias etc. for help with the issue. Period.
