House and npc-server crashing bug

I just repaired my houses yesterday... and now the server crashes and my houses are at 50 some % again
also... a fellow pirates house frame that was almost done (it was on the final rows of roof) disappeared...

I had my house flag on the ground and I come on today and its gone, then i hear its because of the npc server crashing, this really makes me mad.
