Loooong, loooong ago, Zormite was ruled by the great emperor, Hiryuu. He was a good ruler and a great friend from Val. I knew him for the longest time, and we chatted everyday. He ruled fairly and zormite became a prosperous kingdom. I can even remember the old zormite castle in my head, those were the days, eh?
However, it couldn't last forever. Tyne unknowingly caused Hiryuu to leave his position, by creating these little fish things. Stefan put them in as special things for the Zormite, and you know what happens with the general public when they see someone getting special things. Hiryuu left after being BOMBARDED with requests to join Zormite, JUST to get the fish morph NPC, NOT to fight bravely for Zormite.
Sometime later, Toad became emperor of zormite, after it had nearly died due to a bad history of no emperor and waning members. He helped organize it a lot, but then, he suddenly left, supposedly on vacation. For a LONG time.
The Zormites wanted a new leader, so I elected some poor roleplaying person by accident, after giving the go ahead for zormite to pick a new emperor. I only saw my mistake after he PMed me with a bunch of typed up crap that I could barely read. And to make things even more ironic, toad FINALLY came back from his vacation 1 day after this all happened. There was a bit of mis-understanding and we cleared everything up, but he left the Zormite emperor job.
After this, Zormite sort of went to heck. It started with Brad telling me he wanted to take over Zormite with his group of orcs, which he succesfully did. However, the Zormite PMed me rapidly saying they had signed the annexation papers with Dustari, so orc couldn't take over Zormite. What a fun day that was.
A few weeks later, Zormite started saying that they really *didn't* sign the annexation papers, and returned to being Zormite. Then the fun began.
Every other day I logged onto my RC, I would get a PM from someone saying "We've just conquered Zormite, can you make me the king?" Zormite rebels from the previous takeover would band together and bribe someone to open the gate, then kill the current emperor. Then, they'd PM me saying to add them as king. This cycle repeated itself until Brad took over and instated Zurkiba as emperor. However, the fun was not over yet.
Zormite declared war on Samurai, for reasons even unknown to me. Several skirmishes happened over the course of a week. Finally, the Zormite told me they were going to set tubs of gunpowder around the samurai castle and blow it to smithereens. However, a magical rain from an unknown source wet the gunpowder and made it refuse to light.
This is as far as Zormite history has come, from a peaceful, loving fishmen, to a cult filled with savages and warmongers. How times change.
You don't know what I would pay to see Hiryuu one last time. |

... We have about... three members who have been in the Zormite kingdom since the Zormite-Dustari War...
