Exclamation Rawr!

I think Playerworld Administration should deduct 1 point for every blank level. I think that would help some upcoming playerworlds do better.

Cause you see these playerworlds showing these gigantic maps that will not get filled up entirely. I tried once doing what they all are trying to do now and I'm pretty well off at making levels. It's a lot of work and it will discourage any level maker when they have detailed 50 levels in 2 months and see their is about 500 others to go afterwards.

I know some of you will probably disagree with me, and I know some of you know exactly what I mean. That's why I think the playerworld Reviewers should add a rule where they subtract 1 point for every all grass, all snow, all dirt, all one patterned levels, etc.

Rob:
No offence but that is the dumbest thing I ever heard. First, what if the server had 60 blank levels? Would their scrore be Negitive? And why should their NPCs and Creativity be effected by levels? And what if all their FILLED levels are uber leet but they have only 1 or 2 level makers working?

I think its a stupid idea. It should be based on a ratio something like say 1 plain level for every 50 levels. Or something like that. One level here or there that is plain isnt going to make the server look bad.

Well UVER levels Don't get finished in 5-10 mins... they take longer than crappy levels (oviously). And if 1-2 people are working on a big map (and making insides, etc) Don't even think they can finish teh overmap within a month unless they work like 24/7.

Yeah, but come on we have to be realistic now.

There's not a large amount of good LAT's around out there. So whats the purpose of generating something you will never be able to finish in a year?

And why have a bunch of levels with no purpose to them. It'll just take up space won't it? I think thats why it's better to start with something small and then expand from there on. You know how annoying it is to have 600 levels and then the playerworld team have to search around for 20 or 30 NPC's that they will most likely find in the main areas. Then they have to check all those other areas for stuff and then all they find is blank stuff.

Rob:
But jinx said to me the it's now Required to send a .TXT of all teh stuff you WANT the PW tester to see (if by anychance they get bored and don't wanna search). That includes Quests, NPCs, Events, etc.

most server owners are ignorant...omg, they say you only have to have 200 levels, but those must be REALLY good, so lets juss ***** and leave levels open on a 600 level map, there is no need for it, you can juss fill it in as you go, it looks horrible on a PW, when you are interested and then all of a sudden you go from a nicely built town to a completely green area, or worse a half done area, ack....
