Why cant people without NPCServer use some simple commands?

Why do we need a NPC server for commands like onwall2?
Its not like its serversided or needs a data base to read onwall width and height, i mean it shouldn't be like that anymore since all servers can use NPC server(if scripting is good anough) and almost all have it. When i release my server i may not have NPCserver but i want commands like that open for me.

I just started learning scritping serverside for Dragon Koden 3 days ago, and I already made a Tag Helper, and a Control NPC which summons players, resets, jails, unjails, sends a request to RC to ban, and updates level. I never coulda done this without teh NPC Server.

I know, i may use it, everyone convincing me, but im having the problems that i heard if you dont script righ tit will boot your NPC server, and i NEVER EVER scripted with NPC server, and i will try to learn but im still trying to prove a point. Why cant we test stuff like onwall2 offline?

you usually dont have to worry about booting the server with little mistakes, as long as they dont run infinite loops that request/sends information to the server

personally I think it's stupid that the NPC Server sends the scripts that run in too many loops to the NC (on RC), instead it should write to an error.txt (in the logs folder) that way if something is constantly sending the loop error, you can fix it without getting frozen on rc
