And add some NPCs or something. Empty rooms are nice to look at but not to play in.

Sorry, I'm looking from a scripter's point of view. In my eyes, a room isn't finished until it has some interactive NPCs in it. Graphics are just eye candy.

Dark Lotus should have to buy a playerhouse, and pay rent like the rest of us. But a lot more since it's a guild house.

Except that guild houses are public and meant to enhance the world in general. Playerhouses don't add to anybody but the owner's enjoyment.

A guild full of bad people who do nothing but harass others and pk are going to have their own guild house on Graal 2001? That just doesn't seem right.
