Playerworld Administration, and Playerworld Submission Guidelines

The Playerworld Administration is here to review playerworlds to see if they deserve to go online and become part of the serverlist. We're also here to make sure that no playerworlds are breaking the rules, and that no copyrighted* material is found.

The Playerworld Administration

Psyker (Playerworld Administrator): I heard that he's the guy who moderates this forum, and is the head honcho of the team. Is that true?

Torankusu, Vermain, Jinx, Aftershock, and Urizen (Playerworld Inspectors/Reviewers): These guys will inspect playerworlds for copyrighted material and such if asked to do so, and will review playerworlds.

The reason as to why they're all inspectors and reviewers is to cut down the amount of people that I have to hire and look after. And anyway, when something goes wrong, I know the people to go to.

Playerworld Submission Guidelines

There are several rules you must follow in order for your playerworld to pass. If you fail to follow any of these, your playerworld fails automatically:

1. Copyrighted images/MIDIs/characters/location names/etc.
2. Less than 200 levels: Contrary to the average PW owner's beliefs, before your server can go online, at least 200 levels of content along with a quest or two is necessary.
3. Executable crashing scripts/graphics: nobody likes a bluescreen.
4. Not specifying your start level somewhere, unless you use onlinestartlocal.graal: we can't start reviewing if you don't tell us where to begin, right?
5. Absolutely nothing that promotes sex, drugs, or any pornographic material.
6. If you have mp3's included in your playerworld project, please include them in a seperate ZIP or RAR.

Reviews of playerworlds will be posted here; they'll be stickied up at the top.

In order for the reviewers to review your playerworld, it must be uploaded to some sort of webspace in ZIP or RAR format. This way, anyone on the team can download it, and your files will get to us sooner. However, if you have mp3's included in your playerworld project, please include them in a seperate ZIP or RAR file. Nothing hurts more than downloading a huge file that ends up failing in two seconds because of lack of an onlinestartlocal. ;x

And just to get this straight:

THE PLAYERWORLD ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT HOLD TRYOUTS FOR YOU TO BE HIRED. IF WE DEEM YOU WORTHY ENOUGH OF JOINING US, THEN WE'LL MAKE SURE TO CONTACT YOU. IF YOU WANT TO JOIN, THEN BE GOOD GIRLS AND BOYS AND HOPEFULLY YOU'LL MAKE IT.

(Yes, I know I included that part about mp3's twice. This one's gonna hurt us, so I have to get it through all of your heads. Oh, and the only reason that I started a new thread about the same thing is to make sure that I can edit this at all times.)
