Damn Graal -Lost Hats-

I haven't gone on p2p for like a month now, because I got sick of it, and was waiting to get refunded the monies (I got over charged, they charged me $68.95, but that is Canadian,BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS DOUBLE THE PRICE.)But anyways I went on and checked my hats and found ALL OF MY HATS WERE GONE!!
I had like 20 hats, I'm not too mad about most of them, but I had some very nice ones, like Red Shogun, and Halo, and News Paper Hat which I paid 150+g for each =\
I was wondering if there was a way to get them back?
