We delete stuff that is not allowed here,
like speaking about banned accounts. You
can contact the people who have the power
to unban, you don't need to discuss that.

The paypal thing is probably known, they try
to do something against criminals, and sometimes
do mistakes so that accounts are temporary banned,
e.g. when you use two accounts from the same ip.
Normal banks or other companies do similar things,
so if you really want to discuss it, there is a
non-graal related forum
