Upload one to http://www.yoursighost.com and then go to your profile, and add the link like '[img]url[/img]'

1) Click on Profile
2) Edit Profile
3) Scroll down until you see a large empty text box, that's your signature area
4) Find the picture on a website (not on your computer, it will not work) and go [*img] insert web address here [*/img] WITHOUT the *'s. If I removed the *'s a big box would show up
