GANI improvement

I think a command along the lines of
Goto <frame number>
should be added for GANIs.
This would be great for things like soccer and footballs, because
if the player kicks/throws it hard, it could continue the normal gani, if it's not so hard, goto the end.
I think it would be a really neat and useful feature.

there should also be a option to pause a gani

so you could combine a lot of ganis together and it wouldn't get so cluttered (levels folder)
