showimg bug

Another unsolicited ICQ yielded an interesting bug:
toweapons, while not selected, cannot showimg except locally. This means that if you wanted to have your system NPC display something over your character under certain situations, only the local player will see it, no matter what index and layer you use.

Not good...I dun wanna have to make all new default ganis just for Classic....=_=

Yes only showimgs of the selected weapon
are transferred to other players. There
are problems with the showimg index,
but I could enable all showimgs to be transferred
(if not having the same index, if it has the same
index then the showimg of the selected weapon
would be taken or so)

Stefan - I don't believe I understand, would the usual convention of 201+ and changeimgvis making showimgs local not work with weapons...? Is there a risk of showimgs displaying globally before the changeimgvis kicks in? If it's just a matter of people using low indexes for local imgs, they can darn well rescript their displayers...(well, that probably applies to me too, but euh.)

Falcor/Falados/Cucumber-Boy - I'd do that, except then I'd have to either redo walk.gani as classicwalk.gani and use replaceani, or I'd have to redo walk.gani as walk.gani and replace it on the server, hoping all other servers don't mind having the new parameters (which they would) - then repeat for sit, grab, pull, push, sleep, swim, lava, ridestill, ride, shoot, carrystill, carry, hurt, dead, and probably def, not to mention the various custom ganis.

Yes just a problem that the showimg indexes overlap,
but if you use a different index then it should work with
the new Graal version.
