FAQ Chief

Just wondering...
He is massing that he is hiring, I write up my essay, I PM it to him, second later, I get ignored! Ok, so I go to where he is, he says im blacklisted and I have no idea why. Why is Torankusu FAQ Chief when he masses he is hiring but he ignores like 5 people that tryed out, he doesn't even know if my essay was good or not cause he didn't even read it! I say Stefan hires a new FAQ Chief, anyone for that matter since Torankusu cannot seem to handle being it thats why he ignores a lot of people that PM him even if its reasonable. So I want to get your feedback in this poll, should we get a new one or not?
