ETs are selected out of a drawing hat I take it?

This is one of the 3-6th time a ET has f***ed me over/ruined survivor, this is the most recent (just happened):

Mista Micro (Events Team), first he warps to survivor and starts attacking everyone and then when I kill him, he warps BACK! And when I run from this guy I just killed he calls me a 'noob' for it! And then later he coasts me and a few other people for no reason. What happens? He is fired. WE NEED SOME DAMN STRICTER RULES, IM TIRED OF THE EVENTS BEING RUINED. And when me and another guy send massmsg's about it we get the response "Stop Complaining", or "shut up n00b", and "Hes been fired so no use talking about it now"...

How ET's should be picked: WELL trusted people of staff members that have been on more than 300 hours. And if they abuse their powers they will be banned. This should stop the trouble making ET's from signing up or problems occuring. I remember just before I upgraded I was telling Sting (a CG (CG is like ET) person on classic), "On 2001 I wont have to put up with jackass CG's like you!"...he responded with "They are no different than the ones here" (or something along those lines)...he was right, except on 2001 I have to pay to watch some 12 year olds abuse power, hooray!

Well thank Kumada, he hired most of them... Kumada was put in charge of hiring people. Me and a few others are the only good ones... and I myself have even slacked off trying to actually gain money instead of putting it all into events
