Official Murasamune reopening...

After time, thought, and much consideration, I have decided to continue with Murasamune. I'm going to take more time with Murasamune now then I do with my programming stuff...

I have alot of new skills with game developement, alot more knowledge on quality, and what a game needs. Once I get better with programming I will be able to make utilities to make Murasamune's developement go faster, such as auto level detailers

.

I have alot of new plans, but I thought I should tell you all its going to come back, and it will be a great playerworld to play on.

Post comments, concerns, and constuctive critism on what you think about Murasamune reopening, and things you would like to see on it.

Im learning how to program myself, and to do that im very sure you would have to alter the graal script itself. Stefan would likely Charge you if you did that ^_^

It would only be for levels, something like the levelgen...besides, no one would know if I made a program or not. So I shouldn't have said anything...

So to set things straight, just joking, I'm not making any new program to help me make levels for graal

Well I got tons of work to do...

Right now I'm going to make a "tree top" script. It will basicly detect all the trees in a level then randomly choose a treetop to put on it...it will be kind of like layering. That way you can go behind trees, one thing which has always annoyed me about grall was not going behind trees.

Oh and, I am making changes to the tileset...not longer shall we have houses in the tileset. I'm going to create a different graphic for each house...this will be alot more work, but it will add a feel of a professional RPG, because you don't usually find house which are exactly the same. Not sure if I will make a house tileset, or use NPCs. It will most likely be NPCs...but that would lag things a bit.

Im the owner of Andor, But I think yet again, im going to work on a new project. Im limited right now, because my monitor is broken, and im at the local Library. ^_^

But once it gets fixed.. Im like STORMING!!! with ideas.

I want to make like a whole new GUI for my Playerworld.. Like a graphic that clutters the screen, like you know on Warcraft 2, how you have menus on the side and ****. Im gonna ask stefen to make a new scripting command for mouse clicking and dragging if he will. ^_^

Thought I should tell everyone that I'm thrashing the old Murasamune story, levels, and tilesets.

I'm starting anew, besides from using my ultimate NPCs that I have made for it...this will speed things up alot, and will enhance the quality by, well, alot

.

NPCs are mainly what I worked on with Murasamune, and now that I already have them, it will make things alot easier...

No, you would not have to alter Graal coding to make a Addon. Simply use a api call or two and to make it easier decode graal to see how it works.

It would be sorta like a trainer but a level helper instead.

You ever gave a shot at making a levelgen type thing for graal?

I was going to do a christmas thing were every day I gave away one present but I would hide it on a level somewhere and it would be a really cool prize. I just hope we get up before then and also have enough time to do that
