This is all still very new for me but its fairly simple once you get the basics straight. What it does is it puts the image on there and the blue bar should appear ithin the main black one but I am still getting the settings right .... This is just to get you heading the right way ...

I do believe that Ice Pick posted his (which people said he stole which is very likely ) about 3 - 4 pages back by now most likely. I don't see why you want to use an HP bar because they literally suck ass.....
