1) Take away the control NPC, on every server.
with it around nothing gets done, if you need a tag go into to guilds directory and do it by hand, that way if there is something in another directory you see and its needs fixing, you can do it.
trust me it works
2) Hell take away all special staff NPCs
same as above, the only staff npcs needed are ones that inform you, the only two i have on 2002 are Mineral Control and Mas Message. Mineral control can tell me how many out of how many rocks are in a mine. very useful when helping a new player. Mass Message was given to me by er1c because i got happy with the admin message.
3) Only One staff level, a testbed of sorts.
more than one is stupid because staffers stop working together as one.
4) Limit the number of staff.
what the hell? there is like a million level makers, when a good server only needs 2 or 3. A good server only needs 1 or 2 graphics people and 2 or 3 npc scripters. the best thing to do is hire someone who can do it all to limit the number. Oh and a sound effects guy i guess =\

You see nothing. Providence has loads of work done. It just isn't released to the public yet.
Why?
Because we have 1 read that 1 NAT
Levels are basically done aside from going through looking for tile errors which is about 90% done.
Providence has no Staff NPC's aside from NPC control which is being used on the area's we're working on. It saves time. Not something some one is going to spend all there time with. Look at me players i can add tags! Tags I say! That would get old after 30 seconds.
So before you go shooting your mouth off about a player world and make an ass of your self you should read threads that are discussing whats going on with it or ask. We dont have an over abundance of staff we have a shortage. LAT's are fine but We're desperatly low on Gat's and Nat's. So if you're going to ***** about a player world get your damn facts straight.
