Alternative Ani Editor

Is there any other programs besides Graal Shop where the end result file is in .gani?

I want to rotate images without the complexity of it.

I read a previous thread about this but wasn't sure if anything new was discovered between then and now.

At the moment, there is not.

The current alternative is a scripted animation editor, but last I remember, there were some bugs to it, hopefully I am wrong for I am dated to the information about it. It is a powerful alternative due to the use of it in game where you can even make your effects actively on game instead of guess work after reuploading over and over.

As for an official tool, nope.
