Java makevar

Sorry- I didnt know where to post this.
Is there a Way to detect an input box like so

for (I=0; I < 5; I++)
  Echo( makevar("inputbox" @ i). text);
}

Sorry- writing on my phone

For java- using input boxes & ids in them.

You could just define an array of input boxes, and loop through that no?

I vaguely remember event handlers pass you the object as well.

since it was for work, I don't think they needed more than 30. I added the values in a loop and cycled through.
