Remove Items Completely

For Galactica I have taken out the default hearts and added the HUD. (See post: System Preview)
Now I am wondering if I could take hearts completely out of the game. A heart usually appears at random when you rip a bush out of the ground. This is what I want to take away.
What I am saying is that I don't want heart to appear at all after picking up a bush or cutting swampland.

You can disable bushes giving items in the serveroptions file.

Would that be on p2p and non-p2p?
Or only p2p?

See, there is this little file for each playerworld that modifies how it is run. In the file, you specify the starting level, unstick me level, how fast AP rises, max heart count, max sword level, setbody enabled, putnpc enabled, bushes drop items, baddies drop items, and many more stuff.
