how can he have lava in a bottle O_o?

Some of those items are not even on the server yet.
It is clearly a bug.
No need to worry over it.
If you see him/her using the items, then start pulling out your hair and PMing Stefan constantly.

i can see his glitch in it too;
the cursor is on the very far right
so he cant use any of them
so basically to him he only sees a bottle

It's foodicons.png in your webgifs folder.. I dunno why it would display the entire thing.. but the other stuff isn't in the game yet.. nor can that person use it.

It's just showing the entire graphic instead of part of it for some reason.
