It can't be hard to reset an account, why do we need more people with RC? What was wrong with the ARS on the webpage?

It takes more then "clicking one button,"
in most cases you need to go to them and hold there stuff while they reset, and awnswer tons of questions about what will happen if they reset, and you also have to stay there and wait for someone to need there account reset, which supprisingly, happends quite often.

there was someone asking for an account reset...valder and you were on, then 5 minutes later he still massed it...so that means that you and valder didn't do anything...
so they are absolutly right that they are complainin mr.Merlin

I did reset him
i had mass messages off on my rc, and when i logged on player i got it.

you have RC on every server right?
well, do you ever check them. I mean its impossible for 2 men to check all servers and reset accounts for people...
they should have like 1 man for 2 servers...else it has almost no use to have such team

That is what Break-Making is for. Newbie humans. There will not be any gralats given to newbies. They'll have to make bread or go pearl-diving. You can't abuse it.
