First of all you will need either a Gold, or a VIP account (Or is it just VIP now?). Then you will need to head on over to graal.net and register an account. There you can submit a request for a Playerworld. Apon acceptance you can buy a 6 month plan (59 dollars) or a 1 year plan (100 dollars) all in US Currency. Once you buy it should be up max a week. Don't make a western server it won't work out Ol' West is the western server. Unless you find extremely dedicated staff :P |
