I used to like him, but then he changed, he wouldn't listen or cooperate, he thought he could do anything he wanted. He wouldn't stop he was out of control, that's why he is banned. The police force gave him many chances, but obviously he didn't care. And he PMed me saying "I don't care, Graal isn't my life." etc.
