POLL: When sparring...
|
Remember when people used to strategize sparring/PKing techniques? From memory alone, I can remember the "S", "C", and the "T" formation. Does anyone else still use these, or what are some of your methods?
a. "S" formation
b. "C" formation
c. "T" formation
d. other (which one?)
I mainly use the "S" formation myself. |
