This is a suggestion to the playerworlds who are actually working to become hosted/public and who doesnt wanna get files removed.

Anyway i suggest that most private playerworlds should NOT hire staff that work on another server.

Reasons:

1)Could have globals come and yell at you.
2)Could have your work on another playerworld.
3) It shows that the person will be a dedicated worker.

Honostly, why would you want someone who works on another server? I dont think you guys want globals on your back interrogatin you, do you?
