1. You must be able to assist in the planning of the server as well as development.
Check. Good at ideas. ;]
2. You must be mature.
Sometimes. I guess I can be.
3. You must be an expert of one of the 3 types of development NPC GFX and LVL
I'm alright at levels.
4. You must not be working on any full time graal project. (except in specail cases)
