I think the qualifications are good in what he is asking for and no it doesn't leave out a large portion of Graal players. Being select on his Staff shows a good responsibility to his PW and players-to-be for wanting the best. Talking to someone doesn't mean squat, actions do. Anyone can talk a good game plan and deceive someone. |
