1) It isn't even valid romaji, dude. The word you're thinking of is 'sekai'.
2) Translation isn't an injective process. The Japanese language doesn't perfectly map onto ours. The words 'world' and 'sekai' are not identical - each has subtle flavors that aren't reflected in simple dictionaries.
Translation should be left to those with at least
some knowledge of both languages. You can't expect a webpage or a book to replace that knowledge.
