Weapons were the topic (hence toweapons/addweapon being the subject), and weapons are not actually created serverside. Other than weapons, other NPCs can be created serverside, weapons are the only exception to this.

Falco had changed his topic midway through the thread, asked an entirely new question, and cited an event that is not called serverside in weapons as an example of one that he is looking for, thus ruling out the possibility that his new topic was looking for something about weapon scripts...?
