List locally banned users

I think its been mentioned before, but a feature to list al of the accounts locally banned on the server would be real nice. I've had people pming me on their server asking why account such and such is banned when most of them had no real reason to be banned, and most had been banned and were suposed to be unbanned ages ago. So yeah, a feature to list all the locally banned accounts would be real nice |
