It is still much easier to actually develop offline, then make final touches online. Unless I get dsl and you emulate the debugger in the editor (I don't use it much, but I like it), in which case I'd only have the begginer scripters to whine about (I still don't care for the idea of having people learn through getting jobs on servers).
