Why not? people want other graalians to accept them, if being nice isnt the thing to do, they will easily defect.

Or not, NPCs != Players; a training mission is not a true introduction to what it is really like. What about the players who will be diluded?
"Wtf y u steal my stuff, the people on training didnt do it, I HAET U!!!"
I think poitential players would quit playing quicker if everything promised dosent exist.
