The point isn't to prevent mean people. It's to prevent people thinking being mean is "cool". If they don't log in and see 20 people in a spar complex saying crude things and insulting each other they won't go "OH HOW FUN" and start doing it.
They'll be introduced to Graal for the first time in a nice atmosphere.
And face it all you nay-sayers. Everybody who has posted "people probably won't go to training" all said they had. A LOT of people do the training when they first come to Graal... It matters.
