The more playerworlds there are the more they will have to police them.
Besides that the only time they are really policing them is when they are called upon to check on questionable content. Its not like they are logging on all 125 playerworlds and checking for illegal content every day.

I think there is a decent amount of time allowed to do reviews. I'm sure there's plenty of good reasons why they aren't posted

Possibly, but they do respond within a fast enough time when there are some problematic issues which leads me to believe that they do have some open time.

I agree that the GLT would be similar to the GGT, but definitely not the same as the GST.
