just make build flags able to be made into signs as well as houses, and that sign would decay over time, and simply be fixed with a board for +5% consituation, and 100 max consituation, also make them die 5 times as fast as a house (-5% consituation per day) and that should work ^_^
then all you need is to make the sign able to hold a scroll (for the text) and you simply write on the scroll, then you put it in the sign and right clicking it makes you read it, then you just gotta make only the owner of the sign able to open the sign and take/change the scroll, or make some kinda "Sign Key" or somthing like that for opening the sign ^_^ |
