You can make a system thats able to take precaution, like such a feature, by default, can be shut off, and you can give permissions like (this account from this server) (this level rc from this server) (all rcs from this server) whatever, so not ALL servers could send this cross server message, just those servers you allow.
Now that not all servers can message your server, since they need permission... what if a hacker gets a server WITH your permission. Take that permission away until the problem is solved.
Stop claiming hacker this hacker that, it is not even that hard to think of prevention techinques that are common sense.
and godsz, all they needed was an account with nc access, or even just a triggeraction that does torc to achieve what they did. Both are very easy to obtain, especially to the weaker playerworlds that are always looking for scripters and you just have to show something semidecent. It is not like they had some super awesome hax0r magical playerworld access.
