I can't find the thread that you speak of, so I'll say this here;
It wasn't a bug, really, it was more of an overlooked obvious (You may notice something about these two words being together.)
It was a command for admins, but since the NPC server is an NPC people can control it, to an extent. Some people found out they could use a certain admin command to send messages to all of the servers with anything that pleased them.
As a result people were saying things that pleased them, but nother others. And I suppose to the extent I saw it being used it could very well have been laggy. Now to make them stop I would think perhaps they disconnected the accounts server until they fixed the problem. |
