Having an RP name as your nickname does NOT mean everyone else has to RP that they know what that person's name is. It's more like official papers (like a birth certificate) to show who the person is. Or it's like an ID card. Yes, of course, needless to say (go back to RPing 101 if you don't already know this), you should ask for someone's name in RPing if you have no met them. I usually refer to most people as "Adventuruer", "Traveler"...etc. as that is what a character would call the player in an RPG, and it also makes sense since I'd imagine most players as being someone with clothing to handle lots of journies and holding some equiptment with them (like a sack on their bag...for adventuring also)... The only people I do show recognition to are people such as kingdom leaders since they would be the well-known ones around the world (though it is VERY possible to have a king,prince, etc. that noone has ever seen the face of, not even in paintings and such).
