Satrek watched as Khallos entered a remote house. He was standing on a hill, hidden by a huge oak, almost half a mile away. The reason he knew it was the Necromancer were the skeletons following him. As a follower of Bile, the Archmage had almost as keen a vision in the dark, yet his affiliations with the undead was not as close as Bile wanted it to be. While he did not know what the man was up to, he had a hunch that it was something definite.
Approaching the house after a few minutes, something like a flash, or burst, made him flinch. Yet, there was no sign of light that would have caused a reaction from animaly arround. It must have been the arcane effect of some kind of ritual. Through a window, Satrek saw all he needed to see to make his hunch a proven fact. While he had never aproved of the Necromancer's ways, as they were too offensive, and not subtle enough for his taste, he had quite liked the undead. He likely had a reason to do what he did.
Bending down, he grasped two hands full of earth and tried to remember a spell he once came across. It wouldn't to to keep away those who were insisting, but the occasional wanderer would just pass by this haunted mansion. Throwing the earth on the house, it's forms wavered for a moment. As the Archmage slowly walked away towards his home, it became almost translucent for uncanny eyes.
