My point, being rich isn't a disease, and doesn't print 'social welfare' on your forehead. I'm not greedy, and I help new players whenever I get a chance and see fit, but I dislike the attitude "hey, you have money, you have to give it to me". May be a bit off-topic, but anyway, about towns:
I think kingdom islands shoiuld have the pre-defined towns with maybe a few playerhouses to fit in, then 2-3 playertowns with a well, and either a windmill and bakery or a lumbermill, with bigher houses, maybe, and then houses in the countryside, with more extensions possible, something like that. Otherwise, it would get too crowded.
