There are already people that complain that they lost items because they forgot to repair the house, so I don't think that it is a good idea to give the stuff to someone else when the constitution is below 5%. May be the owner of the house and the kingdom should get messages when the house is near destruction so they don't forget to repair it.
It is possibly to add house upgrades, but it will require some scripting. We have some more scripters now that help for Graal Kingdoms content (Robin, SmallLars) so we can possibly do that in a few weeks or months. |
